An early morning joy ride on the track at the Henry County Fairgrounds led to an arrest in Napoleon today.   Napoleon Police and the Henry County Sheriff’s office converged on the fairgrounds at 2am this morning, when it was discovered a subject had broken through a chain fence, and was driving on the dirt track.   The vehicle tried to exit at the gate near the milkshake stand, and side-swiped a pole and took out some fence.   Arrested in the incident was 25 year old Dustin Irvin of Napoleon.  Irvin was charged with Criminal Damaging by the sheriff’s office, and was nailed for DUI by Napoleon Police.  He is being held at the regional jail.
