Through a proclamation by Henry County Commissioners, the local office of OSU Extension has kicked-off a celebration, in a century of service to their communities.   It all began with passage of the Smith-Lever Act that created cooperative education in America.

The OSU extension office is collecting photos from the past, that show some connection to 4-h, or the extension programs of HenryCounty.  They also have a time-line at their office in the HahnCenter in Napoleon, to chart the history of extension.   The public is invited to take a look at decades of memories through OSU Extension.
