The Fulton County Grand Jury has indicted 9 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman.
Some of those indictments include 21 year old J. Cirilo Reyes and 24 year old Joaquin Moncivais (mon-see-vays), both of Wauseon, on felony charges of Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, and Possession of Cocaine.
42 year old Scott Bruck of Delta was indicted for Domestic Violence.
28 year old Andrew Weber of Wauseon was indicted for Forgery.
43 year old Mary Green of Delta was indicted for Grand Theft and Tampering with Records. It’s alleged she stole over $7,500 in unemployment benefits.
And 61 year old Fred Allen of Wauseon was indicted for Theft in Office, and for Tampering with Records. It’s alleged that Allen, as a public official, stole property or services of FultonCounty.
And in another case from Fulton County Common Pleas court, 24 year old Eric Volkman of Wauseon pled guilty to Theft. Volkman was placed on community control for one year; and he was ordered to make restitution of over $3,000 to Ohio Job and Family Services for the unemployment benefits he illegally obtained. He served five days at CCNO.
