The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted 21 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman this past week.


            Some of those indictments include 24 year old Scott Burris, II of Archbold for Complicity in Aggravated Robbery, and Possession of Criminal Tools.


23 year old Kyle Stipp of Archbold was indicted for Aggravated Robbery, and Possession of Criminal Tools.


29 year old Felipe Garcia, Jr. of Wauseon was indicted for Attempted Rape, and Trespassing.


36 year old Jason Sell of Wauseon was indicted on 8 counts of Non-Support of Dependents, owing more than $11,700 in child support.


23 year old Allen Pedigo of Archbold was indicted on two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and for Breaking and Entering.


                        Other Fulton County Grand Jury indictments include 31 year old Tyler Gray for Grand Theft.   It’s alleged that Gray stole grain valued at over $7,500 from Pettisville Grain Company.


And the following subjects were indicted for Possession of Heroin:  28 year old Carlos Avina, 26 year old Erica Gomez, and 25 year old Gregory Goldsmith- all of Wauseon.  Avina was also indicted for Trafficking in Heroin.
