A roundtable gathering of manufacturers, local government officials, and school personnel has led to the creation of an industrial training program, that could provide a pipeline for future jobs. The idea is to help high school students learn about the manufacturing industry, and tap into projected job-openings forecasted in the next decade.

NorthwestStateCommunity College is a partner in this curriculum, that will begin through students signing up at Napoleon high school. Juniors and seniors-to-be can be part of this exciting new endeavor.
