There were plenty of complaints over the weekend in HenryCounty.  Some tools were stolen in a theft Friday at a business along road 12 in HarrisonTownship.  The incident was filed just before 10am.

Sunday morning at 1:39am, 24 year old Kyle Shay of rural LibertyCenter was traveling on road T, when he drove through an intersection, striking a utility pole and sign.  Kyle Shay sustained injuries, along with a passenger, 24 year old Lauren Shay, also of rural LibertyCenter.  Both subjects were transported to the HenryCountyHospital by Liberty Rescue.  Kyle Shay was cited for Failing to Stop at the Posted Sign, and for OVI.



Then at 10:12pm Sunday, an arrest was made on East Randolph Street in Hamler, where 42 year old Michael Sheehy of Hamler was charged with Domestic Violence.  Sheehy was transported to CCNO.




Napoleon Police officers did make an arrest at 619 North Perry Street around 3;30am Saturday, where 21 year old Shaunte Wolfinger of Delta was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
