The three suspects in a RidgevilleTownship burglary from Monday of this week, have been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury. 19 year old Victor Guerrero, 20 year old Shane Donley, Jr., and Tyler McCabe- all of Napoleon, waived their preliminary hearings in Napoleon Municipal Court. Donley and Guerrero are both charged with felony-1 counts of Aggravated Burglary; while Tyler McCabe was bound over on a charge of Complicity in the Burglary, which is also a first degree felony. Bond for all three subjects was continued at a quarter-million dollars each. The men were arrested after fleeing from a residence on road 24 in HenryCounty, when the home-owner returned to find intruders inside the house.
In another case from Municipal Court, 44 year old Kevin Myers of Findlay waived his preliminary hearing on a felony charge of Intimidation. Myers was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury; along with Michael Teems of Deshler. Teems waived his hearing on a charge of Domestic Violence. He was released on his own recognizance, with conditions he have no contact with the victim, he submit to GPS monitoring, and that he reside in Leipsic.
