Local industries will be in the spotlight around northwest Ohio in the next month. The Four County Career Center will be hosting a tour on Tuesday for local companies to tap into the student workforce at the school. The HR tour gets underway at 9am, and interested companies that would like to learn more about the training programs at the campus, and how they can start an employee pipeline should contact their local economic development office. Today is the deadline to take part in the Tuesday tour.
Then on October 13th, its manufacturing day at NW state community college, with close to 50 companies showcasing their employment opportunties for junior and senior students around the region.
