In Defiance County Common Pleas Court, a Sherwood man was sentenced to life in prison for his conviction on four counts of rape. 57 year old Jimmy Pelliccia of Sherwood pled guilty to the four felony counts, that involved two female children under the age of 10. Defiance County Prosecutor Morris Murray reports the FBI and Defiance County Sheriff’s office assisted in the investigation. The crimes occurred from September of last year, to January 2017.
