PANNING ARRAIGNED FOR AGG. BURGLARY

Bond was set at $100,000 for a Deshler man that was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on a felony-1 count of Aggravated Burglary.  29 year old Phillip Panning of Deshler had his initial appearance in court on Friday, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.  Panning was ordered to have no firearms in his possession if he posts bond in the case.

A felony charge of Endangering Children against 25 year old Joshua White of Defiance has been dismissed in Municipal Court, by motion of the state.  But White did plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of Child Endangering. 

And in Fulton County Court, 34 year old Justin Roth of Archbold pled guilty to Possession of Heroin, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs.  Roth was sentenced to 17 months in prison.
