The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 10 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray. Some of those indictments include 20 year old Chelea Stuber of Archbold, for Tampering with Evidence, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
37 year old Kimberly Haecker of Defiance was indicted on three counts of Theft of Drugs.
And 39 year old Mark Maney, Jr. of Defiance was indicted for Intimidation of a witness, attorney, or victim in a case.
