NAPOLEON SCHOOL BOARD APPROVES PERSONNEL

Some personnel action headlined the Monday meeting for the Napoleon School Board of Education.  The board hired Stephen Wagner as bus mechanic, helping to keep repairs and maintenance in-house.

Dr. Donald Eberle was approved as social studies teacher at the high school.     Other contracts were awarded to Luanne Sprow as speech pathologist for St. Augustine school, and to Kathleen Pedraza as building custodian, completing her probationery period.

Napoleon has a new head varsity girls softball coach, with former standout and college player Kelsey Meyer selected for that position.

The Napoleon board went into executive session to discuss compensation of employees, to prepare for negotiations, and to talk about the sale of land; but no action was taken.
