A Napoleon teen was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Breaking and Entering Monday in Municipal Court. 18 year old Kole Kania of Napoleon waived his preliminary hearing on the fifth degree felony, and was released on his own recognizance. But the court ordered Kania to stay over 1,000 feet away from the Napoleon School.
And 26 year old Andrew Keller of Napoleon was arraigned in Municipal Court on a second degree charge of Burglary. Keller was released on his own recognizance, and ordered to complete an assessment. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
