LC COUNCIL TO TALK WATER OPTIONS WITH EPA

The next step in the process to find a new water source for the village of Liberty Center customers is next week.  That’s when town officials will be joining the Ohio EPA in a teleconference to talk about the potential for drilling water wells north and east of Liberty Center.  That is scheduled for October 11th.

Liberty Center council passed the third and final reading on new cemetery rules, which will go into effect in 30 days.

A preliminary ranking on Issue-2 project applications indicates Liberty Center’s proposal for widening and resurfacing West Cherry Street has the best chance for approval.

And the date for Liberty Center’s Christmas open-house has been set for Saturday, December 2nd , with activities at the public library.
