Bond has been set at 2-million dollars for a Michigan man that had an initial appearance in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on 4 sexual assault charges. 68 year old Sam Martinez of Kalamazoo, Michigan was charged with 2 counts of Rape, and 2 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, in a case involving a victim under the age of 13. Martinez was given a court-appointed attorney, and is scheduled for arraignment in court November 9th. The defendant was picked-up in Lenawee County, Michigan; and was brought back to Ohio to face local charges. Martinez is being held at the regional jail.
