The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 5 persons this week, with cases presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers.
38 year old Jay Dunno of Defiance was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
54 year old Tracy Nation of Napoleon was indicted for Theft.
39 year old Jason Ramsey of McClure was indicted for Assault, and Theft of a Dangerous Drug.
45 year old Michael Shope of Deshler was indicted for Vehicular Assault.
And 32 year old Steven Schuller of McClure was indicted for Failing to Register a Change of Address as a Sex Offender.
