Sentences were handed down in Defiance County Court this past week. 35 year old Marcus Butler was convicted of Failing to Register a Change of Address as a sex offender, and for Theft and Forger. Butler was sentenced to 36 months in prison.
And 39 year old Toby Warncke of Defiance pled guilty to Operating a Vehicle under the Influence, Endangering Children, Domestic Violence, and Possession of Cocaine. The total prison term for Warncke is 58 months behind bars.
