Sentences were handed down in two felony cases from Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray reports 30 year old Derrick Flores of Defiance pled guilty to Trafficking in Cocaine, and Possession of Cocaine. Flores was sentenced to 7 years in prison, and was ordered to pay restitution, along with forfeiting a vehicle.
And 36 year old John Hall, II of Wauseon pled guilty to 3 counts of Aggravated Robbery, with a firearm specification. Hall was sentenced to 12 years in prison. This case stemmed from a robbery at the Circle K in Defiance last May.
