There was plenty of personnel action at the Monday meeting of the Patrick Henry school board of education. The board accepted the resignation of superintendent secretary Laura Hetrick, and are now going through the application process. 17 candidates have submitted their names.
The board approved co-head baseball coaches this spring in Shawn Sunderman and Greg Leonard. And two teachers were moved up on the salary scale for increased degrees: Amy Clay-Bates, and Angela Schroeder.
The Patrick Henry board approved the agreement with the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center for special education services, at $360,000.
That covers various therapists and a psychologist.
The school calendar for next year was approved at Patrick Henry, with opening day for students set for August 22nd.
