INJURY CRASHES IN NAPOLEON, FULLER BURGLARY CHARGE

Napoleon Police investigated two injury crashes on Thursday morning.  The first occurred around 7:30am on U.S. 24 at Scott Street.  49 year old Sara Fuller of Archbold was injured in the collision and was transported to the Henry County Hospital by Napoleon Rescue.

Then at 11:31am Thursday, a rear-end collision was checked-out on Scott Street.  57 year old Penny Arps of Malinta was injured and taken to the Henry County Hospital by Napoleon Rescue.

In Napoleon Municipal Court, 35 year old Jeremy Fuller of Sylvania was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Burglary.  Fuller waived his preliminary hearing.   The crime took place last summer on road U in Washington Township; but Fuller was on-the-run since that time.  He was arrested recently in the Detroit area, after being sought on a warrant.
