HENRY COUNTY MAN SENTENCED FOR ROBBERY

A Henry County man was sentenced to prison after his conviction for Robbery in Common Pleas Court.  31 year old Matthew Bruns of McClure pled guilty to Robbery, along with a gun specification in the case.  Bruns was sentenced to 3 years in prison for the robbery, and another 3 years for use of a firearm in the crime.  His total prison term will be six years.

                             19 year old Anthony Wright of Napoleon pled guilty to Robbery, and was placed on community control for three years.

Michael Shope of Deshler pled guilty to Vehicular Assault was placed on community control for three years.

And 30 year old Jeremy Litchfield of Archbold was scheduled for a hearing to face a charge of Menacing by Stalking.  Litchfield failed to show at the hearing, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  He was taken into custody in Jackson County, Michigan; and is awaiting extradition for the Ohio charges.
