The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 10 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers on Wednesday. The indictments include 3 subjects charged with Theft: 43 year old Christie Theisen of New Bavaria, 43 year old Jesus Moreno of Holgate, and 34 year old Alexis Rupp of Liberty Center. 3 persons were also indicted for Domestic Violence: 39 year old Frederick Pietsch,, 32 year old Thomas Dockery, and 25 year old Matthew Conroy-all of Napoleon. The Henry County Grand Jury indictments also featured 31 year old Michael Zapata of Napoleon and 30 year old Michael Donnell of Liberty Center-each indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs. 31 year old Shawn Carnicom of Deshler was indicted for Felonious Assault; and 30 year old Christopher Slone of Napoleon was indicted for Failing to Register a change of Address as an offender.
