The Hicksville teen and an illegal immigrant has been bound over to the Defiance County Grand Jury on a 1st degree charge of Rape.18 year old Clementino Co-Juc of Hicksville is being held at the northwest Ohio regional jail on a cash bond of $200,000.Co-Juc was arrested in Lucas County on April 10th.The Defiance and Paulding County Job and Family Services office assisted in the investigation.
