A number of area residents were found guilty in felony cases from Defiance County Common Pleas Court: 38 year old Jeffery A. Cortez of Defiance pled guilty to 8 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter involving a Minor.
33 year old William C. McKinley of Hicksville pled guilty to Menacing by Stalking, along with Domestic Violence.
And 30 year old Ronald L. Beverly, III of Defiance was found guilty of Attempted Endangering Children.
Pre-sentence investigations were ordered for Cortez, McKinley and Beverly before they return to court.
